Project Amelia + Zelgadis 02

Alrighty then!
Somebody hit me and tell me to use reference. Reference on the poses, reference on the characters, reference on the buildings. =__= ANY reference should've helped here. Oh well. Hopefully I'm a little more clever when I do powerposes and background next time.

This was actually not the comic I intended to do, but I figured the couple of jokes I'd already sketched was sorta better saved for a later comic. However, I still like this one.

My partner in crime, Michael, came up with it. I think it turned out okay for a joke that spawned when I prompted him to give me a joke, that I could throw between the prologue and the comic's I'd sketched, while we were driving.

And don't tell me the style is jumping all over the place like a kangaroo on speed. I know that. I'm trying some different styles, and I don't think it harms the comic.

Also, it turned out to be a great idea to do these to work up my colouring skills. I've only been colouring this since friday, so really, we're cutting down on the time here!
